firstly open up net tools then:-
1.start
2.network tools
3.look for mass E-mailer
4.type in anyones email address,--> any name,--> in 'send to' put the victims email.
5. put the amount of email u want to be sent.
6. in smtp Email server, first go to

    https://www.e-eeasy.com/SMTPServerList.aspx

and look for you internet service provider and copy and paste ur smtp code into the box.
7. write a subject and email body and press send.
and boom ur done
