Impossible. Downgrade to 6.1.1 then use evasi0n.

Download redsnow and jailbreak for ipod 4 , iphone 4 , and iphone 3.
Also download the ipsw for your ios to jailbreak or it'll say "Need Rebuilt"

You can downgrade back to 6.1.2 IF you have the shsh saved BUT when you downgrade via redsn0w, Redsn0w also Jailbreaks it but its the tethered JB so you need to plug your phone back into the PC each time it needs to reboot or turn off, and you cant make it untethered. I spent hours with this a couple of weeks ago, Or you can Jailbreak your 6.1.3 device if its an iPhone 4 or iPod touch 4th Gen but again its the shitty tethered JB

I recommend checking if Evasi0n works at the moment as I still haven't upgraded my iOS device.
