and way to unlock the phone or get it passed sim not valid page

i do phone repairs, and unlocks,
and as of now the only way to factory unlock your iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5C, 5S would be to pay $100.00 to a trusted site, the unlocks used to be really cheap but not anymore as they cracked down on unlocking.. apple anyways.
