Trophy Auction Rules
These rules apply to the following sub-sections:

• Legitimate Trophies
  
• Hacked Trophies
  
• Trophy Requests

Definition Of Legitimate Trophies
After some discussion with senior staff, I have argued that the usage of game saves defeats the claim of being a legitimate trophy shop.
Usage of Xploder, Bruteforce or any other resigner will not allowed in the legitimate trophy section.
As this is considered a form of "modding", and all shops using these methods will no longer be allowed to participate in the legitimate section, and will be moved to the modded section.

Legitimate trophies are now defined as those earned by playing the game in its entirety, without the usage of game saves.

Wrong section
If a thread is posted in the wrong section, it will be moved or closed once seen. If a thread is placed intentionally in the wrong section (Example: Hacked trophy shop in legitimate trophy section) it will be removed and if done multiple times the user will be infracted. Please help the staff with this task by reporting misplaced threads.

Selling In The Wrong Section
Selling in the wrong section (Example: selling hacked trophies in legitimate trophy section) is against the rules.
Doing so will result in an infraction for scamming if a dispute is opened. Useful evidence in a dispute would be trophy timestamps.

Breaking A Deal
Breaking a deal while one of the two(or more) parts have spent time or money is not allowed.
If you spend time on a platinum and then suddenly the original buyer cancel the deal, will be an act against the rules from the buyer's side.
These situations vary all the time, so in a dispute it would be up to the moderator in charge to judge if this rule have been broken.
Before the user(s) starts to work on the trophies, both parts of the trade needs to approve the deal.

When Being On Someone's PSN Account.
Do not download anything from the PSN account unless you are being told to. Downloading content from other users without permission is against the rules.
Do not change the information, edit (as in remover or add) friends in the friend list without permissions. Doing so is against the rules.

Multiple Trading Threads
(Does not apply in trophy request section)
Users can only have the maximum of two trading threads at the same time. Please keep your offers in a combined shop.
If a user makes more than two threads, they will be closed. This is done to keep the section clean.
If this is done multiple times, the user will receive an infraction for spamming.

Other Threads
Threads that's not directly related to trophy trading will be closed at once.

Other Info
Be careful with who you trade with. Do your research on the shop owner and check things like their reputation, profile, shop replies and visitor messages for clues on who you're dealing with.
If you don't trust the user, simply don't trade. Better be safe than sorry.

Bumping Shops
You are only allowed to bump your shop once every 12 hours this is to avoid spam.
