All my recordings were about 30fps when I viewed them. Yesterday, after updating modern warfare and doing a regular 30 second capture, I noticed it was choppy. Thought it was my xbox so just ignored it. Later when watching the video on my pc it was the same and I checked the fps, 15. I restarted the Xbox and tried a different game, same issues. I thought maybe since I was at 95% used space it had something to do with it. Deleted a game, sitting at 90 and same issue.
