install ccapi 2.71

Hey, everytime i try to attach the tool, it tells me (error, check connection) but all the other tools connects just fine.

He just updated the tool to 2.71 ccapi as stated in the thread.

I Know, I Saw When He Said It and It still doesnt work for me. But appreciate your time fam.
