Okay, so you're on CEX Rogero 4.50.

There's only one (as far as I know) CEX EBOOT available for MW2, and here it is:

This gives you infinite ammo, but it's for host only.

I know this won't apply to you since you're on CEX, but if you are looking for a DEX debug EBOOT for any reason, here it is:

Sorry to disappoint you, but I spent many, many hours when I was on CEX looking for some good EBOOTS, but the only one I could ever find anywhere was for infinite ammo =[]
