- You must login or register to view this content.
- Create a file called "NGU_ELITE.txt" and inside, place your elite key in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. (Make sure you do not have any spaces.)
- Place your elite key and the Defcon9.sprx file in /dev_hdd0/tmp/
- Place the EBOOT.BIN file in your MW3 USDIR Directory.
- Done! Open using L1+DPAD UP, Select using SQUARE and exit using R3

This has way more features than the offhost menu on phantom has. For example, AutoWall, AutaAim, and actual Silent Aimbot that works, team changing offhost, snap line changing, ESP color modifier and many more.
Keep in mind that this is not host menu, this is supposed to be phantom, this can be compared to offhost phantom but it is still way better.
