Do you have two radio buttons? one named TMAPI and the other named CCAPI?

Yes and both are coded correctly

When you debug and press the CCAPI radio button and press connect, does it show your PS3 you have added via the CCAPI program?

Yes and its connect 100% , i've been modding for 4years now
