i have 2 questions

how can i change the region of a patch_mp.ff from BLUS ?? (it's Cocos patch) to BLES 00149
i know i need to edit it with HxD but i can't find a Tutorial - im searching for an hour.

my second question: is it possible to host modded lobby online in COD 4 ( like Cocos patch ) or did i need to bypass with a lower patch as 1.40 ?

Will give some Vbux to them wich could give me a answer without get angry about my questions.

I would suggest finding a patch that supports your BLUS/BLES and yes it is possible to host modded lobbies on CoD4.
