Yes, you read that right, I want to know if I can reduce my HR at all with Save Wizard? I made the unfortunate discovery that enabling the Quick Level HR, gives you a HR of 999. Didn't realize this at the time and I was still early in the story when I enabled it. Consequently, I finally finished the game, and now I'm max level HR.

So, I know it's a longshot, but can it be reverted or reduced in any way, WITHOUT reverting to a save before I applied the changes?

You can load an earlier version of the save. You should always make a backup of the original save and any stable versions you like.

Advanced mode is disabled so unfortunately you can not manually edit right now.
