Do live practice in mycareer and you'll receive attribute upgrades to make your player 99 overall

You need boosts and clothing with +3 etc attribute upgrade.

someone here who used to do vc service somehow was able to edit everything to 99 (especially for centers lol) but I can't find that post and he never said how-to do it either. And it was for online.

all you do is purposely foul in career, and than skip thru the game while you on bench for like 4 hours and youll be 99 its what i do

On PS4 you can only max three of the attributes which brings your player to roughly 88/89. The rest is achieved through live practice in my career Smile
