(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys well basically I want to build my own laptop for around £500 and a need to know where to purchase all of the individual bits and pieces and what shop/site to get them from so if anyone could tell me that would be awesome and also tell me some stuff I should know about building my own because I am new to all this.....Also If you know a really good premade computer for that price that can handle Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas and Programs like that then PLEASE tell me I will rep you and load you up with vbux <3

Cant build one like you are talking about... go to dell or Hp and check out there prices.. But the programs you want are exspensive

No I have the programs I can get them off of the premium section but its the actual computer that can HANDLE these programs Happy

Oooh ok lol.... Well just about any computer with 4 gigs of ram a dual core processor good video card such as a nvidia geforce 9800 or higher should get the job done... But I suggest looking at HPs for the best price...

Actually believe it or not I am selling a laptop with windows 7 3 gigs of ram and a semi decent graphics card (its a toshiba) for 350 .. The only problem is the disk drive is broke and it costs 30 bucks to repair... I do believe it can handle sony vegas but not any hard core games....

Nowadays it's really not worth building your own PC. You introduce so many potential problems between hardware without the fall back of the warranty most pre-built computers have.

It isn't worth making your own pc nowadays? Yes it is look at the money you can save.

To the point £500 i'll see what i can do Happy

I made the pc below on pc specialist.co.uk it comes to £530. Just a little bit over your budget but a not bad pc.

I agree I built my computer custom... But he wants a laptop and you cant build custom laptops....
