Hurah!
i used a bot to get lv im now lv 19 and can`t fight & Place pokemon in a Arena ... if i try to place a pokemon i get a ERROR on the top of my Screen
idk maybe one can Help me here*

or walk to a pokestop spin it leave then spin again do it 50 times softban lifted

u can use the cordinations of the town where the gym is in a bot run the bot till u get xp or something and then u can use the gym again
