Funny thing, it only references "Game data", rather than save data, though that could be a lost in translation error, but it also say's the relevant accounts have already been banned. Interestingly, there's no mention of IP's being banned, so anyone with enough knowledge of doing what they are accused of will also have the ability to resign their save to another profile and carry on.

Switched to an guest-name and started to troll around online...thinking they are funny.
Got a "report" on their ass...and PD reacted.

I totally agree that PD needs to ban those people as it infects online gameplay.
Online hybrid lobbies are still open and people playing, so no need to be -overall- scared

Exactly. If you're dumb enough to top the time trial leaderboards with an obvious hybrid, or start acting the maggot in an open lobby, then don't be surprised when someone takes offence and reports you. Private rooms should still be OK. Or stay offline. Or create a second account for hybrids. Simple stuff, really!
