All you need to do is know where the missile is coming from you are able to lock on to it and also take it out with the guns. It's kind of a challenge you don't get any type of metal or ribbon or unlock that I know of but it could save some of your team mates lives.

Yeah it was kinda difficult to get the missile. If you haven't unlocked it play hardcore mode. And once you enter the bomber what you ant to do is look at the mini map to find tanks or snipers or players just sitting or capping the area. Conquest is the best mode to get the missile, (not sure if there is another game mode where the bomber comes into play).
