i think either way they are banning now although am not sure as i havnt modded that game or even touched that game since they started fuckin up are modded saves

If you're not going to mod, yes it is.

I've got 4 accounts banned when i was modding, stopped and no ban. It's been like 5 monthes now.

Nah, private lobbies w/ friends. Sometimes public, but that was very rare. Guess they're checking your stats aswell (top speed/money and other shit)
