Place the dll in Netcheat/Plugins folder then Connect/attach with CCAPI or TMAPI
The Inf health and ammo only work in Solo and Test field
I found more stuff but it's good for now :p

Are you kidding?¿ lol you posted the Smoky offsets as like the tool so dont try to find a different way to escape... Leech you say you find unlock proof it,I can say i found alot of mods and dont find anything... So proof...

And it just so happen all of them are in other tools or leaked. Nothing on your list has not been done before,
I wonder why?
Oh ya you don't actually find them in the eboot.bin on your own.
It has already been clearly proven that you just leech these so give it up.

i got more offsets i found More offsets + i got FPS working = FPS Menu
