Looks like the file was corrupted. Redownload the cfw of your choice fresh again. Then try and reinstall

You need to reinstall the last firmware on that PS3. Then it'll install no issues!

hey i am having the same problem just its not picking up the firmware its just telling me none was found... my hdd came from a broken jailbroken ps3 is that the problem ?
