I have tried spoofers but those just give me an error instead of telling me to update. I've never seen any Netflix 3.55 working so it probably has never happened but im just wondering. Thanks

You need PSN access to get access to netflix sorry to say.
As of right now you can access PSN with 3.55 CFW.
