My Intentions (and a Big Thanks to NGU) are to JB my Playstation 3, Mod Cod 5 World At War, Host Challenge Lobbies (For Free), Help people out on here & Learn alot lot more about Hacking/Modding in general.

My First question is,

I have two Ps3's , One on 4.25 FW & Another on 3.55 OFW.

I 'mostly' understand the 'basics' of JB my 3.55, but i'm wondering to JB it, do i need to use a device such as an E3 Flasher or a TrueBlue Dongle?

As i've seen this - ''SANDISK CRUZER BLADE 16 GB HIGH SPEED USB FLASH MEMORY STICK PEN DRIVE''

Would it be possible to use this?

you can just install CFW like Kmeaw on your 3.55 without true blue or something just an usb stick

Just to jailbreak it u put the cfw on your USB and update via storage media

Does the USB need to be a FAT32 format? or is that standard with USB's?

Yea but I think they come in FAT32

Will i need to buy a USB Flash Drive? Or a USB Memory Stick? Or are they same?
