Then I came across a downgrading service, and I had the guy downgrade it to rebug 4.30.2 rex. Now my questions is, is it safe to use the 999 downgrader, so I can get my eid_root_key, then update back to rebug 4.30.2 rex, then follow the other steps to going on DEX.?

Why wouldnt it be safe? lol when u downgrade your on 3.55 freely to do whatever and it should hurt it as i just said ur on 3.55 freely to do whatever lol

I've just seen people say that there's a much higher chance of bricking your console when changing/lowering firmwares on a downgraded console.
