Last time I was online PSN I was using my 3.55 Kmeaw PS3 spoofed to 4.40. I ended up getting a console ban but that was because I launched Black Ops 2 by accident. I used to use my 3.55 Kmeaw for far cry 3 online and never got banned. Also to mention I used my main account on my kmeaw ps3 and it's still not banned till this day.

Is their any package files which put me in a sort of stealth mode? I just upgraded my 2nd PS3 from kmeaw to rogero so I'm kinda clueless as what I should do atm.

There will always be a 'chance' of being banned, but there are ways to lower those chances. Download SEN Enabler, PSNinja, and thats the pkgs i know so far that will lower your chances. Be sure to wipe your history.
