As far as I know, no.

Same I don't think there is one, mainly for the fact that you might freeze up alot as with 100 friends PS3 slows down dramatically. For example when your on a game and pull up your friends list and you feel the sluggishness.

No, but you can add more than 100 with the Playstation APP on IOS and Android, but when you get back on your PS3, it'll glitch out your friends list.
