try recovery mode, if that don't work use rogero's 999 rsod downgrader, then install and run toggle qa from rebugs site. To test if it worked go to network settings and enter the following combo, L1 L2 L3(left joystick button) R1 R2 and down on depad, hold each one, not a tap combo. This should bring up debug settings, edy viewer, and install pkg. Now that it's installed install rogero's qa pup or rebug's 999 downgrader, if rebugs 999 downgrader doesn't work user rogero's qa, it's ment for it. Done!

note: if you can't install it could be your usb, try using a different usb. This happened to me, and i thought i fucked up my ps3. Guess not.

Lol, if anyone had a clue what they were doing they would be patient n let the dev's n programmers sort this out. If your not patient with CFW PS3 then your likely to either get console banned or bricked. But best idea is yes get a job if you don't already have 1, n if you do buy a PS4 if your itching that much for online play.

I got a soft brick as well, tried to reinstall CFW but failed at checking for update...data is corrupted (error 8002F325) any help???

No, REBUG DEX/REX Doesn't work with Habib 4.66 spoofer. I've tried this and even changed the "version.txt" and "index.dat", but regardless it doesn't matter. This IN NO WAY WILL WORK, without modifying the files themselves to be compatible with the firmware. If you need any proof, feel free to contact me for these files that soft-brick your console. [black-screen, freeze, no-boot].
