And when i am going to recovery mode and do restore system files.. Its saying error has occurred.. Format hard drive.. I am done it 3 times.. But no use.. Getting same problem every time.. Any one can help me out?

Wrong section and try reinstalling CFW, if not then you might have to re-format.

its the backup / restore that's at fault. a single corrupt file on the original hard disk can mess up the restore proecedure. its basically a bad bit of software.
