If your on CEX you dont need a modded eboot (Assuming your trying to refer to Debug eboot). And wrong section plus what game do you want to mod?

No. Just download an rtm tool and connect and attach. As simple as that.

even if u dont mod the game its always better to use psnpatch and psninja
