He had downgraded with the rogero 3.55 downgrader and when it finished he was on 4.25 and is unable to open homebrew apps due to an error accured.
We tried re-downgrading again through XMB and safe mode but we are getting "The data is corrupt" message.
Any help would be great, Thanks!

Try using the one below, and when you install it make sure you are in recovery mode.

Install 3.55 OFW and then try to install let's say 4.50 ITA

I can't downgrade at all? unless you are suggesting an E3 Flasher?

Wait, what firmware are you on atm?

I'm on 4.25
