Have you tried reinstalling your cfw and/or the homebrew apps? And is multiman one of these homebrew apps that is black screen freezing?

every app i try to open goes straight to a black screen if i get a dex downgrader can i go on 4.50ita and will it work?

You probably don't even need to downgrade..There is nothing wrong with rebug or ITA but just want to rule out it being your firmware.

This is most likely because your Blu Ray Drive is broken? Which CFW are you on, this will help people in answering your question.
