Never used NetCheat but if it's anything like CE it's because the pointer is multilevel. You should be able to find out what accesses that pointer and then find what accesses that pointer until you find the static pointer and freeze/change it to the value you want (in CE the static address is normally shown as green, not sure about NetCheat). Take a look at this video it should help you some.
