is your street fighter III 3rd strike in japanese? Mine is... trying to find the eur version or one in english

I still can't get the CSP3 roms to be seen. Tried the roms posted here, CPS2 and NeoGeo both are seen. The filter is set to all.

Nevermind got it working. FBA uses the No-GD roms so they will be Japanese only. Wish they would add CHD support for the US but I can't complain.
