Ok I managed to install the patch but I still don't see the trophies.
I have deleted mine data before the patch and played a new game. Do I really need psn for trophies or wasn't only the patch for psn?

Edit: Yey! I finally managed trophies to start a save on normal!
I think this was also a problem for many others!
