steps:

1. Backup your index.dat, version.txt, and vsh.self
2. open multiman and enable write access to dev_flash
3. copy the files from your corresponding PS3ITA version (4.50 or 4.55)'s spoof directory into the proper directories on dev_flash
4. reboot.
5. enjoy PSN (without shitty rebug)

Works - get the same solution by searching my own on many forums - it works for me - but i have used my own files
iam also on 4.60 spoof online with ita

you have to restore your original cid in cfw_setup v3...

I take the version.txt from OFW 4.60 and it's even better for PSN to be more stealth. Whats your problem? And you can't brick the PS3 even if you delete the whole dev_flash you'll be still able go to recovery menu
