Quick Note: I Have Posted This In Multiple Sections So More People Can See It,So Dont Hate
What Does A CID Stealer Do?
It Steals Your CID When You Attach the Tool To Your Game Then Send The CID To A Server/Maker Of The Tool.Free CIDs Yay

What You Need:

  • A PC
  • Any Tool


Tutorial:
First,You Wanna Search "Firewall" In The Search Tab.Then Open It Up.
On The Left Side You Will See "Advanced Settings." It Should Look Like This You must login or register to view this content.
After You Clicked On it,This Should Pop-up You must login or register to view this content.
Hit On "OutBound Rules" You must login or register to view this content. , Then On The Right Screen Hit On "New Rule" You must login or register to view this content.
Hit On Program You must login or register to view this content. , Then Hit Browse And Locate Your Tool You must login or register to view this content.
After That You Will See Some Options, Hit On "Block The Connection" You must login or register to view this content.
Then Keep The 3 Options Ticked You must login or register to view this content.
Finally, Name The Program To Anything You Want You must login or register to view this content. And Hit Finish
It Will Direct You Back To The OutBound Section, As You Can See Here You must login or register to view this content. You Have Succesfuly Blocked The Tool To Connecting To The Server Where The CIDs Are Send And Any Other Website.

Note:This Doesnt Ruin The Connection To Your PS3

HOOOOOOOOOLY SHIT, people make tools for people to use then steal there cids???? Thats messed up ngu should ban users for uploading tool that do that.
