Requirements: Wamp (Windows)/MAMP (Mac OSX)/LAMP (Linux)
First install the Apache server that you downloaded from above ( I'm doing this on Windows )
After thats done your going to need to start it the icon looks like

Now in the trey you will

Left click on the icon then select "Start all services" & "Put Online"
Now once you've done that click on "www directory" yours will be blank now make a folder and name it PS3

Make another folder in PS3 called UPDATE this is where your custom firmwares will go
Put a custom fw in there like i did

Now open cmd and type ipconfig and hit enter and you'll see your IPv4 Address

Copy your IPv4 your going to need it now
Now inside the PS3 folder make a HTML file and put this in there

    Dest=82;ImageVersion=FFFFFFFF;SystemVersion=TheFWVersionPlusTwoExtraZeros;CDN_Timeout=30;CDN=https://YourIPv4adder/PS3/UPDATE/TheExactFWnameWithNoSpaces.PUP

Save the html file as index.html
Now go to your ps3 and then Debug Settings/Update Server URL then input You must login or register to view this content. and save it
Then if asked reboot if not its okay after that your done
