So i thought all good installed my pkgs went to sen enable and it said i need to install firmware 4.82 or higher. So i try install 4.82.2 lite i already got it says corrupt so i tried 4.82 ferrox, it corrupt 4.83 ferrox. corrupt tried couple other cex ,d-rex just to see . rex and all failed so i though rogero 999 downgrader (only one with valid link) would solve my problem same thing again says corrupt firmware ive tried rebuild database new hdd still getting corrupt i dont know what to do now and to top matters off i got this guy on facebook who downgrades playstations for a living who is telling me if i pay him £30 (hes legit bought 2 cfws of him before) he will send me files to solve problem or i can take playstation to him about 15 miles away and get it fixed over night but there has to be a way for me to do it other than that guy line his pockets because last resort ill have to pay £30 other than that i can enjoy playing offline on my paper weight :

Try reformatting the HDD, rebuilding the database, downgrade to 3.55 using Rebug's 999 downgrader, update to Rebug 4.82.2 REX, convert to DEX, open up Rebug Toolbox and make sure Cobra and QA Flagging is enabled.

i have tried above method but with rogero 999 downgrader do you happen to have a link for rebug dg cannot find one anywhere rebug one link down.

and by re format do you mean remove hdd and wipe it or reformat it in console via recovery

try installing 3.55 OFW and if it works, go straight to rebug 4.82.2 then like DH63 says go to dex and enable qa flagging and cobra, or install the qa flag package alone then try installing another cfw

how can i install 3.55 ofw over rebug 4.82.2 will that even work i will try now and update

sorry my bad I read it wrong, try and try install rebug 4.82.2 normal straight over the LITE one and it should work

i tried that first haha im trying to enable debug setting so i can sort it all out but when i install qa its not working i need someone who knows this problem

all i can think at this time is update too 4.82 ofw, do the ps3 xploitv2 and install cfw from there

why would i do that when my ps3 is downgraded via hardware flasher i have managed to install habib 4.55 downgrader but im in the same situation again stuck on a firmware and when i try recovery now it says install 999 or higher :/

Fixed installed habib 4.55 downgrader then rebug 3.55.4 now attempting rebug4.82.2 rex it was due to my blueray aparently see if it works out...

try rogero 9.99 downgrader but do it through the recovery menu, then install qa flag pkg activate it then install any cfw of your choice
