No need to pay anyone, we help for free. You need to update your cfw to 4.82.2 and then you will be able to get online, but you must be on DEX to bypass the update because the latest is 4.83 OFW.

So just update to 4.82.2, make sure you’re on DEX, then you’ll be good to go. No need to spoof or anything.
