I want to know some suggestions on what is the best way possible to upgrade to rebug 4.84 and convert to dex, any hell would be appreciated.

I've been out since about 4.70 or so..but I just went to Rebug 4.84 using the xploit. It literally took me less than a half hour and all you need is a jump drive.
