But first, I'd like to know how much is the risk for be Banned. I saw that "PS3TrophyIsGood" can do this, but I'm not sure... Can some answer me?

There basically is no risk since you can do everything on ofw

add your acc to the ps3 run the game you like to timestamp (or download it online and then run it) once you have the folder ftp it from ps3 to pc timestamp it then transfer it back (now of that steps you needed to restart your ps3) which means your not on hen anymore simple sign in and sync the folder without activating hen
