I used a RTM tool to play MW3 online. After some time the PS3 froze.
Now every time I start the system I see a black screen, even in Recovery mode.
CCAPI was installed on the PS3 but I used Target Manger to connect to the tool.

Does anyone know a solution?

Hi, are you sure the error is related to the rtm tool?
It would be a good idea to check if this has happened to anyone else using the tool.
If you find it impossible to turn on, boot into recovery mode by holding the ps3 power button
till it beeps twice.
