thing is I have ive put update files in I think I have tried everything.

try reinstalling CCAPI with the link that Dro linked

You're probably using CCAPI 2.70/2.50

i appreciate that link but I have that installed and still dosent work

it says "you need to use ccapi 2.60+" so cant I use 2.70?

i would use 2.60 anyway. try uninstalling 2.70 and use 2.60 on your PC

literally just done that, and I'm running 2.70 on my ps3, because its the only one supports my firmware DEX 4.81.2 rebug

If you can connect with 2.70 on your ps3 and ccapi 2.60 on your PC, I wanna say try to put the CCAPI.dll from C:/programfiles(x86)/controlconsoleAPI directory and replace the one in the tool's directory, but idk..

If you don't figure anything out, ccapi 2.60 works fine on rebug 4.75.3 DEX
