i changed my cid and still .. cant make a one account
i tried to make one on my laptop and sign in on my ps3 it says also banned can anyone help me ??

did you try to delete all accounts off your ps3 and change your mac address?

Its cause ur psid is still baneed i think thats the cause, ....

You may have unnbannes ur idps/cid , but have u unbanned ur psid? (Think that maybe the cause)

Or possibly ur mac address aswell perhaps?

how can i change my psid is it one free like cids ??
or i must buy one?

did u buy your new cid? if so it should come with one. and if u are just using a free cid off another site its banned. if i were u i perfer to buy a private cid.
