Did you try reformatting? you will lose all your game data, save data, user accounts, basically everything, but its the last thing to do. you can reinstall everything back on your ps3. Like I said, that was a last resort that fixed a friends ps3 during a troubleshoot. Did you ever try installing 3.55 ofw. Thats what you should of installed after the 999 downgrader with toggle qa, then rogero 3.55. I guess I all else fails, you could always re-flash it.

How do I reformato it? For the pc? If you have a video on youtube, send me a link, because I do not know how to reformat, I am noob haha

Did your disk drive work? If your disk drive does not read disks it could cause the problem. I asked you this a couple days ago, but no response. If it did and does then try reflashing your ps3 with an e3 flasher.

Go into system recovery mode, (when power button is red, hold power button until ps3 is off, hold power button until 2 beeps).
Choose 'repair file system'
Then choose 'rebuild database'.

I tried to do this, but without success, my friend.

Buy flowers for ps3, maybe that will fix.

Install ofw 3.55, then try to install rebug cfw. You have damaged system files, if you know which system files, i can send you the copy.
