(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); every time i go to make a new account or use a existing account i keep getting the error (80023017) and i have been looking on youtube and google for the past 7 days tried everything i been told and still seem to get this error code and i have never seen this error in the 5 years of modding on the ps3
checked debug settings mine is on np already.

First off, have you updated your PS3 to the latest firmware?

If you have, and it's still not working....

(IF it still doesn't work, would seem you need a new CID)....

How to fix error code 80023017?:
Go to setting column
Scroll down to debug settings
Switch enviroment from SP-INT TO np (have it lowercase)
Restart your system
