After some advice on the below please:

I've been playing Splinter Cell HD and suffered the dreaded trophy glitch with “stealth operative”. Played on 3 different consoles and after 8+ playthroughs I've given up on re-attempting.

I then discovered Bruteforce, so thought I'd resign a save to finally be able to get the last trophy that I require. However I'm having issues with getting the resigned save to work.

It's a save file from PSN and not from a disc (BLES/BLUS) and I'm either getting a corrupted save or is not being read once the I've started up the game.

I've used Bruteforce for a couple of other games that were disc versions and have successfully resigned the game save, its just this one I'm having problems with!

A lot of people have used Xploder with success but I can't find a download that actually works to be able to use this, others have said BF does work with this save file but no one has explained how they've got it to work!

Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated

Not only you resign the save to your account....

You also have to change the region code


So if the gave save you downloaded from NGU is NPEB/NPUB,
then change it to YOUR BLES/BLUS

A while back, I was helping someone else out with a problem,
and this example will give you a rough idea with region code etc....

1. Decrypt PFD

2. Change region (ONLY if needed - Right click > Change Title ID/Region > (Change to your region)

3. Double click on param.sfo on left side panel

4. Click on the Account ID button to get yours on it

5. Make sure the folder and this are named the same

6. Have the Protected box untick/uncheck

7. Save (of course)

Click on Encryt PFD > Encrpt Decrypted PFD files

Click on Verify

Click on Rebuild >Rebuild Full

IF you still have the game save on your USB, delete it,
then transfer the game save you modified through bruteforce onto the USB


If it doesn't seem to work by using Bruteforce, then use KG Resigner
(I do, because it can which happen from time to time with certain saves).
