I think it gets you around 18 trophies. Most of these saves are for the later missions and some side objectives. You have to play through the first couple of levels yourself and pick up a few side objective trophies by yourself.

Take the GAMESAV or PROFILE from the saves you download. Then copy it into your own Game save or Profile and replace the existing file.
