They are easy, but difficulty trophies DO NOT stack so you need play them 2 or 3 times depending on the game.

This is true. The beauty of a hack makes it so you load Uncharted on Crushing, for example, jump over the box, knock out Navarro, and *bling*, 10 hours saved!
