this is from ps3trophies.org : u have to beat the game once to unlock hard .

To do that, select "Play" on Main Menu, and you'll see a small menu on the bottom right which has "New Game", "Save Game" and "Load Game". Highlight New Game and select it "
so my save block will let you play on hard ,but i don't know will you get all trophies except for hard .
