Yes, it legit...I already test it....but it will not plat for you...it's only start from the last chapter...'KILL MAKAROV'...after the scene...3 trophy will pop out on Veteran mode...

This save doesn't unlock anything for me, i think it's pretty easy to get Platinum.

since its done on Veteran already, just run the the campaign on easy... if its like the other COD titles, it will pop the Veteran trophies as well. then go here for the survival/ spec ops trophies...
