If you want to make your list look legit, I would suggest using my save first & then using one of these saves to pop 'Halfway there' on loadup and then turning it off before 'perfectionist' pops for use at a later date.

I cant get the 8-9 strong holds save to work.. i mean it loads and everything i just dont know what to do?

Yeah I was having the same problem. You need to do the last Ular Boys mission. It's a little to the north of the saves' starting position. You must login or register to view this content.

For the bridge I used the plane that is for sale in the Black Market and i did it in the bridge gmax said in his save (sorry I don't have it anymore and I don't remember the coordinates). As for the wrecking ball which I assume is what you were asking with the vehicle one, just get a helicopter attach a vehicle to it and... well use it as a wrecking ball

Just use the $100k plane from the black market and then fly under one of the bridges a little south from where you are, any bridge in the south-east corner of the map will do.
As for the wrecking ball, just use one of the colonel locations in panau city with your chopper tethered to a vehicle then use that to kill the guards standing around the colonel, at least that was my method.
